The application of comprehensive geophysical exploration in the river tunneling

Abstract: This article describes the integrated geophysical technology in the cross-river tunnel to play an important role, using magnetic measurement, shallow profile, shallow seismic, side scan sonar, geophysical methods such as dual-frequency sounding can detect river terrain features, pided into river bottom strata, and to detect river structures, poor geological conditions and physical obstacles, to achieve a more satisfactory result for the cross-river tunnel provides guidance on the design and construction of basic information. Detection results show that the integrated geophysical method is easy, economical, fast and so on.
