Economic Analysis of administrative monopoly- Based on Game Theory Perspective

Abstract: Has a long history of administrative monopoly, is a relative concept of market competition, resulting in a substantial net loss in social welfare, such as official corruption led to a series of social problems, leading to the enormous cost of administrative monopoly. I used game theory analysis of administrative monopoly carried out in-depth analysis, proof of monopoly administration of social welfare caused by the loss of administrative monopoly exist fundamental reasons, and that government regulation to solve administrative monopoly are the most effective method.
